Situated in the beautiful Strathbogie Ranges of North East Victoria. The garden was started in 1986 and has been the major life work of Craig Irving. Early influences of the garden were the English formal roomed gardens of Hidcote and Sissinghurst. These give the garden its overall structure. The Alhambra in Spain, Persian, Egyptian, Spanish and French gardens have all had an influence in shaping today’s totally unique garden. The Islamic ‘Paradise gardens’ and the Christian ‘Garden of Eden’ best describes Craig’s vision, of creating with love a beautiful sacred space, where man and nature work together to create magic.
